Macau - How compact can you get?!

This is a Suzuki ‘Cappucinno’…… its so compact it’d make sense to have it only in a crowded place like Macau. 
Its a convertible thats only 3.3 meters long, 1.2 meters high and 1.4meters wide, with a 0.7L engine - SMALL!! Theres even an enthusiasts site on it: www.score.org.uk
Don’t compare this to a SMART car, because I wouldn’t consider those cars…… they’re almost like golf carts!
