Korea: Typically served as chunks on a raw seafood plate. Imagine this being eaten raw…… In all honesty, it tastes pretty good. Its  a funny feeling when you finally bite through the rubber-like texture of the urchin skin, and juice squirts all over the place.

Korea: I must say, it has probably been itching in me to try out the infamous dog meat. Mind you, it almost made Korea loose its possibilities of hosting the World Cup in 2002…… And so I did.
